60 Day Limited Warranty


In rare instances where the product is defective or in the event that your cup stops working, or your cup is damaged/lost in transit, you have 60 days from the purchase date to request a repair or replacement.

Due to the nature of the product, our warranty does not cover water damage from misuse outside of our care card instructions or normal wear & tear.

In the event that your cup stops working, email us at mymixcup@gmail.com & send photos/videos of the issue and DO NOT throw your cup away.

A customer service representative will get back to you to troubleshoot. Some user error issues can be fixed quickly without sending the unit back.

If no repair can be made, we will give you further instructions to send the unit back.

However do not send any product back without an authorization. We are not responsible for unauthorized package returns. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Upon receipt of the defective product, we will issue a replacement.
